1.) How do I make a payment?

We accept payments from most major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Maestro. 

We also accept payments from PayPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not access payments over the phone or via BACS.

Payment must be made in full before order can be processed.

 

2.) I am having difficulty making a payment. What should I do?

We have an enhanced security when making payments. Your billing address on the card must match the billing address that you enter in during checkout. Otherwise, the transaction will fail. Please check that the card is not expired. There may be a problem with a particular card so try another payment method.

 

3.)  Can I get in touch with you by telephone?

Unfortunately, we do not have a phone number posted since we are a small family business. Our time is spent making sure your gifts are packaged and sent to your recipient. If you do have any queries, simply use our contact form to contact us and we will reply within 2 hours.

4.) Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we do offer Worldwide shipping on a majority of our items in stock. Please check the listing to see if there are any shipping restrictions. We are not responsible for any customs tax that the recipient may be required to pay.

 

5.) I would like to buy two gifts but they need to be shipped to different locations.

If you need to buy gifts that require shipping to different locations, please process two different orders through our site. This will mean there will be two different delivery charges.

 

6.) Can I order a bespoke gift box?

Yes! You can either fill your own gift box by going to the create your own baby gift box page or contact us using our online form.

 

7.) I entered in the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

Yes, of course! As long as the order was not dispatched, we can update the delivery address. Simply use our contact us form to alert us of the issue.

 

8.) Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as the order was not despatched, you are allowed to cancel or change the order.

 

9.) Can I return a personalised order?

We do not accept returns on any of our personalised items since they are unique to the individual requesting them.

 

10.) When will I receive my order?

Many of our items are personalised, made to order, or handmade. We require a processing time of 3 - 7 days before shipping your order. This required for securing your product, adding any personalisation, and quality checking.

Handmade soaps and skincare require 2 - 4 weeks before shipping. 

Items are shipping from the manufacturer and will arrive within 7 - 10 working days (excluding weekends).
